General Information on Data Collection
When you visit this website, certain data is automatically collected by our hosting provider Webflow and the upstream CDN service Cloudflare. This data is processed solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.
Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. The legality of data processing performed prior to your withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to Object to Data Collection in Special Cases and to Direct Marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
If data processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The specific legal basis for processing can be found in this privacy policy.
If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or if the processing serves to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims (Objection under Art. 21(1) GDPR).
If your personal data is being processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing; this also applies to profiling, where it is related to direct marketing. After your objection, your personal data will no longer be used for these purposes (Objection under Art. 21(2) GDPR).
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
In the event of a breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the location of the alleged infringement. This right is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive data that we process based on your consent or in performance of a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that this data be transferred directly to another controller, where technically feasible.

When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
Access, Deletion, and Correction

You can contact us at any time using the address provided in the legal notice.
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data. You may contact us at any time to exercise this right. This right applies in the following cases:
1. If you contest the accuracy of your personal data, we may need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to restrict processing.
2. If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you may request the restriction of use instead of deletion.
3. If we no longer need your data, but you require it to exercise, defend, or establish legal claims, you may request restriction instead of deletion.
4. If you have objected pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, a balance between your and our interests must be considered. Until it is determined whose interests prevail, you may request restriction of processing.
Where processing has been restricted, such data may—aside from storage—only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for important public interest reasons of the EU or a Member State.
